  • All transaction fees associated with the payment including bank processing fee will be paid by the participants.
  • For your information the only payment available for overseas participants right now is bank transfer. All the transaction fee will be absorbed by us. Please transfer only the amount of the conference registration fee. We are also working on getting  payment by credit card. If you are willing to wait for the credit card payment, you can do so. We will let you know when the credit card payment is ready.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations before June 30th, 2021 will receive full refund minus a 50% of a fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than June 30th, 2021 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
