Presentation Guidelines

Plenary Talks:

Each plenary speaker will give a 45-minute talk with 15-minute Q&A (via zoom application). In the case of speakers residing in a country on the different time zone, a 60-minute pre-recorded presentation clip may be used instead.

Invited Talks:

Each invited speaker will give a 25-minute talk with 5-minute Q&A (via zoom application). In the case of speakers residing in a country on the different time zone, a 30-minute pre-recorded presentation clip may be used instead.

Oral presentations:

The presentation will conduct online (via zoom application) according to the schedule of each session. Each presenter should prepare a 15-minute talk with 5-minute Q&A. In the case of presenters residing in a country on the different time zone, a 20-minute pre-recorded presentation clip may be used instead.

Poster presentations:

Each presenter must send a Poster or Presentation Slides on or before 5 July 2021 (23:59 ICT / Bangkok Time) to submission system (will be open July 1st, 2021). Then he/she will give a short oral presentation (5 minutes) without Q&A during the time slot of the corresponding session (via zoom application).
